You will learn how nutrition plays a vital role in the accomplishment of your goals. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, attain a certain body shape, improve your energy levels, sleep better, increase cognitive function, or even be able to eat desserts without feeling guilty, you will improve your relationship with food through this program. You will learn what foods to eat to support your goals and body type.
Every Sunday you will be emailed the focus area for that week to practice implementing. The Nutrition Chats with me and the other participants in the program will take place on Wednesdays. That will give you a couple of days to practice building the habit for the week. Then join the Wednesday Zoom Nutrition Chats call to discuss any questions you may have, share any wins, find solutions to your struggle points, and gain clarity to how you can improve your nutrition in the focus area of the week.
Example topics may include, learning portion control, tracking macros, knowing the types of food to eat to fit your goals, building a better relationship with food, meal prepping hacks, identifying nutrient deficiencies, meal timing for maximum results, knowing when to supplement with powders, vitamins, shakes, & bars, eating healthier without it being a struggle, working with your body type and what foods work best for it, what diet is "best?" vegan, vegetarian, keto, low-fat, high-fat, low-carb, high-carb, carnivore, omnivore, whole 30, dispelling the myths of fad diets in mainstream media being sold to us as the quick fix, and more!
I will be available to answer your nutrition questions via email as well as answer any questions in our weekly group calls. You will also have the support from other participants in the coaching program to connect with.

Nope! Membership to the Nutrition Chats Coaching Program is on a rolling basis, so if you feel now is not the right time for you, that's okay. Join us when you are ready to level up your nutrition.
Specific meal plans will not be provided, as from my experience working with various different types of clients, they generally do not work long-term and are too restrictive, leading to binge-eating and constant yo-yoing on "diets." I will teach you the habits of healthy eating that are maintainable long term and will lead to a happier and healthier life, even in old age.
